4 shot outside Goose Island nightclub

Four people were shot and injured outside a nightclub on Chicago's Near North Side nightclub early this morning.

Police say the shooting happened about 3:40 a.m. outside the club,  Hearts, at 1115 North North Branch Street.

Two victims were found shot in the nightclub's parking lot.

Police say  a 37 year old man was shot in the left knee and a  29 year old man was struck in the right thigh and right armpit.

Both victims were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition.

A third man, 32,  was shot in the leg and back and drove himself to Rush University Medical Center and transferred to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital.

A fourth man, 28,  showed up at Stroger Hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm.

Police have made no arrests in the shooting.

    Northside, Southside- that city is a battlefield ! Maybe instead of speed cams and red light cams, they should cam every square inch of that dump.

    Oh that’s right…wasn’t the Mayor at a peace march last night, “to take back the night”, or some such thing! Marches, vigils..enough already…where are more police on the streets when crime really happens??

    Dear City of Chicago: Easy solution to the problem of Night Club establishments with continous behavior problems: Eliminate their liquor license and close them down. easy solutions and you don’t even need a pray vigil!

    I was curious, so went out and read the Yelp reviews. From what I gather, you do NOT want to go to this over-priced dump at any time.
