A Japanese teenage girl was arrested Sunday on suspicion of killing and beheading a friend.

According to the Japanese Times, the 15-year-old girl allegedly used a “blunt instrument” in the murder of 15-year-old Aiwa Matsuo. Police told the Japanese Time the teen attacked the victim from behind with “over a dozen blows to the head and strangling her.”

That’s pretty messed up, why is it that the youth in many countries are resorting to killing or bullying their own colleagues or friends? There has to be some factor or adversity in a society leading the young generations to become this way into cold-blooded killers.
