A man dressed as Spider-Man was arrested in New York City’s Times Square over the weekend after punching a police officer.

According to WPIX, police say an officer saw a woman attempting to give Spider-Man a dollar after having her picture taken with him. Spide-Man refused saying he only accepted fives, tens and twenties.

The officer approached and told the woman it was okay to tip whatever she wanted.

It was then that Spider-Man cursed at the officer, telling him to “mind his own ****ing business.”

The officer told Spider-Man that he cannot request money and can only accept tips.

This further angered Spider-Man and he began to scream and curse.

The officer then asked Spider-Man for is ID and threaten to arrest him.

The man then punches the officers as he is about to be arrested.

Video posted to YouTube from the NewYork post captured the incident. Note: Explicit language used.
