New Jersey governor Chris Christie was in Chicago city today stumping for Bruce Rauner.
On Friday, Christie came to Chicago for a series of closed-door fundraising events to boost the RGA, Rauner and Florida Gov. Rick Scott. Tickets for Rauner’s event ranged from $500 per person for the general reception to $2,500 per couple for a VIP reception and photo.
The two also visited Portillos downtown and spoke with people there about the state’s economy.
