Police are searching for the suspects involved in a home invasion in Oswego, Illinois.
According to Illinois State Police, four men are wanted in connection with a home invasion that took place Tuesday around 6 a.m.
Oswego Police Chief Dwight A. Baird said a call came in from a neighbor’s home stating that four male black offenders, all armed with handguns and wearing full or partial masks entered the home on the 300 block of Hemlock Lane.
The offenders then took all of the occupant’s cellphones and car keys and battered a couple of the occupants in the house, according to police.
They made a threat to them and then stole a 2010 white Audi Q7 with the license plate V 7 0 1 7 5 2.
The house was occupied by a woman and four males, some of which were her teenage sons but the relationship of the other males was not immediately known.
The suspects are believed to be headed to Chicago, according to Illinois State Police.
This appears to be an isolated incident.
