Wisconsin man pleads not guilty to murders of women found in suitcases
A former Wisconsin police officer accused of stuffing the bodies of two women in suitcases and dumping them along a roadside pleaded not guilty today.
52-year-old Steven Zelich appeared in court via video feed.
Zelich told investigators he accidentally killed two women during separate sexual encounters.
He’s jailed on $1 million dollars bond and facing 20 years in prison if he’s found guilty.
