Father of drowning victim suing “topless” bar
The father of a man who drowned in the Chicago River is suing the strip club that his son visited right before his death.
Ryan McClelland was removed from VIP’s Gentleman’s Club in Goose island on April 6th.
According to the wrongful death suit filed by his father Wednesday, the club did not provide aid or reasonable care to an intoxicated McClelland.
The suit seeks at least $150,000 in damages.
The club could not be reached for comment.
