A new study is putting a price on political corruption.

Researchers found that Illinois is among the ten most corrupt states in the country.

They say corruption is costing states, $1,308 per person.

The study found that most illegal deals are tied to large construction projects, police, wages, and borrowing.

States that are more corrupt wind up spending more on those items, which takes money away from other necessities.

This is nothing new. Unions own our politicians and that’s why we are in such a pension mess. The politicians gave in too easy to unions and both are corrupt. It doesn’t matter who You vote for, He or She will be swallowed by our corrupt system. The people of this State work so hard only to be represented by corrupt and shameless human beings if You can call them that. They the scum at the bottom of the barrel.

Wouldn’t it be nice if this “news story” included information about a) the source of the study, b) who the researchers were, c) who paid for the study, and d) how to find the original study so an informed reader can judge its merits. I expect better from WGN.

Madigan has so many other politicians by the nuts that he will stay as long as he wants or until the Feds catch him doing something regardless whether we want him out or not.
