High-speed chase in ends in crash in the west suburbs.

A  police chase in West Suburban Addison ended when the driver crashed into another car overnight.

Authorities tried to make a traffic stop at Lake Street and Nova Avenue around midnight last night, but the driver kept going.

Later, police spotted the car near Lake and Third Avenue but  the driver sped away from police again.

The man ended up crashing into another car at Lake and Marcus Drive, then got out of his car and ran.

Police caught up with him and arrested him.

There’s no word on if anyone was injured.

    This is a big deal out here since nothing ever happens in Addison , it took the police about ten hours to clear the scene. In the meantime Lake st. which is always very busy was shut down even for morning traffic.
