Boy, 13, charged in shooting of 3 teens

Chicago police charged a 13-year-old boy with attempted murder and aggravated battery, after three other teens were shot.

It happened Monday evening at 97th and Lowe.

Two of the victims were critically injured.

The suspect’s name isn’t being released because he’s a minor.
