This standing water along Mannheim Road near Lawrence forced southbound drivers into the northbound lanes. Drivers lucky in this spot they had somewhere to go and didn’t get stalled out trying to get through the water. South at 103rd and Harlem Avenue lightening and torrential rain caused drivers to slow down and drive with caution.
