Candace’s Summer Must Haves

Sun Protection
Sun protection goes hand in hand with Summer but one area that is normally skipped is UV protection for your eyes, especially if you wear contacts. Without protection your eyes can get permanent damage so use a contact lens like Acuvue Oasys that can provide the maximum amount of UV protection. Be sure to take it to the next level by wearing a hat and sunglasses.

Body
Now that Summer is here, that means more skin will be showing. Hydrate your skin with moisturizers that are light weight like Vaseline Spray + Go Aloe Fresh, that absorbs quickly.
If you have problems with cellulite you can minimize the look of it and firm the skin with Lipo Lotion by Chrislie Formulations. The knobs on the bottle increases circulation and oxygen to keep the cellulite to a minimum.

Hair
Because skin produces more oil during the summer months as we sweat, odors can get caught in hair.  Chicago hairstylist Keeley Kossof created Mane Intentions, a line of odor neutralizing hair fragrances. They are a quick and easy way to get rid of those unpleasant hair odors, while leaving you smelling delicious, in five captivating scents. They do not affect hair treatments and are great for wigs and hair extensions. Extend the life of your blowout her hairstyle.

Makeup
The trends for Summer are neutral eye shadow with bright lip color. The Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess Sultry Nudes Summer collection has the Nudes Eye Shadow Palette with 8 colors ranging from nudes to metallic, a cheek Glow for a soft, subtle sheen to suit all skin tones and the Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick for high-intensity color in Impassioned and Defiant Coral to create a trendy up to date look that is wearable for day and night.

To stay bathing suit beautiful, skip the fattening ice cream and opt for a low calorie treat.
