Authorities have charged four people , two of which are teens, after they allegedly used a dating website to lure a man into an ambush in Round Lake Beach.
Police say the victim thought he was making a real date through the website MeetMe.com
When he showed up, he was attacked, beaten, and robbed of his wallet, cell phone, and shoes.
The Lake County Sun reports the suspects are two men, ages 18 and 20, as well as a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy.
The victim was able to get to a nearby restaurant where he called 911.
