Nearly 150 after his assassination, an incredibly rare sketch of Abraham Lincoln has been obtained by a collector in Chicago and he’s looking for a buyer.

Daniel Weinberg is the owner of the Abraham Lincoln Bookshop on Chicago Avenue

He has the last known sketch of the president drawn in person.

During Lincoln’s “funeral train,” the body traveled to many major cities in the United States. In New York, about 10days after the assassination, a French artist named Pierre Morand sketched Lincoln in his coffin at 2 o’clock in the morning.

The artist made only two copies of the president’s final portrait.

Weinberg says he values the sketch at $175,000.
