JetBlue apologizes to mom, daughter after bathroom incident
JetBlue Airways has apologized to a mother, who said her daughter was denied access to a bathroom and had an accident in her seat.
The mom says a flight attendant told her the 3-year-old girl couldn’t get up to go to the bathroom during a delay on the tarmac at JFK Airport.
After a half hour, the toddler urinated in the seat.
Along with the apology, JetBlue gave the mom a $50 credit toward a future flight and offered to give $5,000 to her favorite charity.
