The Carly Rousso trial resumes this afternoon.
Rousso pleaded guilty to reckless homicide after she drove into a family on Labor Day of 2012.
5-year-old Jaclyn Santos-Sacramento was killed.
Prosecutors say Rousso was high from inhaling a computer cleaner.
But the defense says an aggravated DUI charge should be dismissed because that cleaner is not on the state’s list of intoxicated compounds.
