Not many people can say they have fond memories of their time spent on tollways.
Liz and Ray Shishkoff have a different view because their daughter was born on I-88 near Midwest Road last month.
They were on their way to the hospital when Liz told her husband to pull over.
He delivered baby Charlotte even before paramedics arrived.
The family will be honored today by the Illinois Tollway.
They will receive a mile-post 137 sign, the location where Charlotte was born.
