Police found guns and narcotics Friday in a building that has a daycare center.
Chicago Police had set up surveillance in front of his residence in the 1600 block of North Monitor Avenue and soon witnessed a transaction between Lee and another male. Officers stopped Lee and took him into custody.
Police executed a search warrant for the building and found two guns, about 1,360 grams of cannabis, a scale, narcotics packaging and about $2,700.
Lee is a convicted felon and admitted he is in a gang. He was held instead of posting $200,000 bail.
