  • How can it be a "hit and run accident" when the driver ran the guy over during a altercation?

It is not an accident, it is homicide. The news reported that both parties where arguing and the man thy died got out of the car he was riding in and the driver of the other car ram him over and killed him.

This is premeditated murder, period. The fact is a traffic argument is NOT worth yours or anybodies else’s life.

  • Duh

The first story I read said there was an altercation and that the dead guy and the other two in his car got out and approached the other driver. The other driver had the choice of getting injured or killed and he chose the third alternative. Why do we always assume the loser is the victim when he could have just as well been the offender. If you are pinned in and being approached by three people who are stupid enough as to exit their vehicle to attack you, what would you do?
