James Pugh, 48, faces several charges, including driving while drunk, and fleeing the scene.

Police tried to pull him over for a traffic violation Tuesday night, but he reportedly sped off.

Pugh drove through a red light at 103rd and Michigan, hit another car, then veered into a group of people waiting at a bus stop.

Six people were hurt.

Pugh was not injured,  and was arrested shortly after the crash.
