2 Chicago officers hit by car while responding to domestic dispute

Two Chicago police officers were hit by a car while responding to a domestic disturbance.

It happened on the 3200 block of West Carroll overnight.

Police say the officers were escorting a woman to her car, when they found the offender hiding inside.

They say the man tried to escape when he hit the officers with the car.

He also hit a fence and a building before he was arrested.

No charges are filed yet.

Both officers suffered non-life threatening injuries.
