Police described the man as white, between 45 and 55 years old with brown eyes, gray hair with a portion of it dyed brown, a gray beard and a trimmed mustache.

He’s between about 5-foot-7 or 5-foot-8 and about 160 pounds.

His white  van is old, white and does not have any windows or writing on the side.

It did have a ladder tied to the roof with yellow rope.

Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call 312-744-8200.
