A Michigan judge couldn’t hold back his feelings toward a convicted killer in the courtroom.
According to Mlive.com, Jackson County Circuit Judge John McBain sentenced 31-year-old Camia Gamet to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the grisly murder of her boyfriend Marcel Hill two years ago.
At the sentencing, members of Hill’s family spoke and Gamet was seen rolling her eyes and snickering. Gamet even interrupted Hill’s aunt and said, “Is that it?”
That set off McBain.
McBain threatened to cover Gamet’s mouth with duct tape if she didn’t stop talking. Then, he said: “You were relentless. You stabbed. You stabbed. You stabbed. You stabbed. You stabbed until he was dead.”
He continued: “I hope you die in prison. If this was a death penalty state, you’d be getting the chair.”
Gamet’s defense team says she acted in self-defense. She plans to appeal to a higher court.

Nice, a judge with some passion about things.

We need more Judges like Judge McBain.
Duh
Kind of redundant, life without parole means dying in prison
