Duke’s Jabari Parker to enter NBA draft
By Mike Helfgot, Special to the Tribune
A bitter end to a brilliant freshman season tempted Jabari Parker to put professional basketball on hold in favor of another year at Duke. But the lure of the NBA was stronger.

The National Freshman of the Year and first-team All-American is considered a likely top-three pick along with Kansas products Andrew Wiggins and Joel Embiid.
