A doctor from Lincoln Park was arrested after he fired a gun into a neighbor’s wall.
Michael Olivieri, 53, said he placed a revolver down in his kitchen Wednesday, thinking he had replaced its live rounds with a dummy round.
Olivieri told police ‘a nervous tic’ then caused him to squeeze the trigger like he was squeezing a tennis ball.’
The gun fired, and a bullet went through his wall and into a neighbor`s apartment, where it damaged the kitchen wall.
No one was hurt.
Police later confiscated eight unregistered guns in his home, including a rifle.
