Boy, 3, falls from second story window

A three-year-old boy was rushed to the hospital after falling from a second floor window on the Northwest Side.

Paramedics were called to the 4700 block of West Addison Street about 3:45 p.m. Thursday for the boy who had fallen out of a second-floor window, officials said.

The toddler was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge where his condition has stabilized, according to officials.

It’s not known what the boy was doing when he broke through the screen.
