We’re in for a wet and windy Thursday.
Showers are likely on and off today with rainfall totals expected to stay below a ½ inch. Gusty south winds at 15-25 mph will help push temperatures into the upper 40s before a cold front approaches tonight.
Scattered showers and even a few thunderstorms are possible this evening.
The chance for scattered showers will continue tonight as colder air starts moving into the region. Closer to daybreak some of that rain could turn into a light wintry mix.
Friday should become partly cloudy. Highs are only expected to reach the mid-40s, but remain cooler near the lake.
