Shane Stokowski saw him leave the bar, and leaned into the driver’s side window to stop McShane from driving.

But police say McShane took off and dragged him for a block, before Stokowski fell to the pavement and hit his head.

Stokowski died less than an hour later.

McShane told police he thought the man was tring to rob him.

McShane has at least three other DUI arrests on his record.

This man tried to do a good deed but paid with his life. I am sorry for the lost of his life but people should not play cop. He should have called police and if possible follow him from a safe distance.
