Walgreens to close 76 unprofitable stores

walgreensWalgreens plans to close 76 unprofitable stores starting the second half of this year.

It’s a part of a plan to save the company $40 million to $50 million a year.

It’s not known yet which locations will close.

Walgreens currently operates more than 8,200 stores across the country.
