Former Chicago Bears defensive end Julius Peppers has agreed to terms on a deal with the Green Bay Packers, his agent tweeted Saturday.The deal is worth up to $30 million with $7.5 million guaranteed, according to ESPN, which cited Peppers’ agent, Carl Carey, in its report. Carey tweeted a picture of Peppers standing on the playing field at Lambeau Field. The Bears released Peppers on Tuesday in a move that saved them $9.8 million in salary cap space. He played the last four seasons with the Bears. Peppers, 34, ranks 17th on the all-time sack list.
