$2M bail in house party shooting that hurt basketball star, 5 others

Patrick Calhoun, 22, is being held on $2-million bond in connection with a shooting that injured six people including a high school basketball star.

The shooting happened early Sunday morning at a house party in the Austin neighborhood.

Police say a group of people got into an argument.

Witnesses say Calhoun left, but returned with a gun and started shooting.

At least two people were taken to the hospital in serious condition.

19-year-old, Orr High School basketball player, Tyquone Greer was shot in the leg.

He’s recovering at home according to his coach.

Greer is a division one college basketball prospect and helped lead his team to a 23-3 record.

    MAYBE somebody can explain why — after shooting 6 people he gets $2 Million Bail — instead of NO BAIL.

    Why would some "Judge" give him even the SLIGHTEST CHANCE of being released??? (IF he should somehow raise his Bail)
