A Winter Storm WARNING is in effect for much of Chicagoland from 10 PM Tuesday until 1 PM Wednesday.

The heaviest snowfall is expected overnight, but snow is still forecast as we start the morning commute on Wednesday.  Several inches of accumulation looks likely with some locations possibly seeing more than 8 inches of snow.

Colder air will stick around on a windy Wednesday.

We’ll spend much of the day in the upper teens or low 20s.  A warm up is expected Thursday and Friday.
