Autopsy: Man found dead on Green Line tracks killed by train
An autopsy Sunday determined a man found dead on the CTA’s Green Line tracks was accidentally hit and killed by a train.
Service was shut down around the Pulaski station for about two hours Saturday morning after a conductor spotted 31-year-old Charles Watkins’ body on the northbound tracks.
Police say Area North detectives are conducting a non-criminal death investigation.
A CTA spokesperson said they would provide any available surveillance video to that investigation.
