We’re set to see the warmest temperatures we’ve seen around here in two weeks.
A south/southwest breeze will help push temperatures closer to the seasonable average. Highs in the low 40s are expected today as our cloud cover increases.
A cold front is forecast to move through the region tonight.
Rain and snow showers are likely with the front with some minor snow accumulations possible.
Overnight lows should fall into the upper 20s.
The chance of snow showers continue into Saturday with a 1/2 inch or slightly more accumulation possible. Temperatures will remain cold with highs only in the low 30s.
More sunshine is expected Sunday and with breezy southwest winds the mercury should top out near 40 degrees.
A high of 50 isn’t out of the question Monday.
