We’ll see some improvement in our weather today with partly sunny skies and temperatures that should rise out of the 20s.

As our winds turn from the east to the south warmer air will move into the region.  Highs around 30 degrees will mark the 13th straight day where temperatures stay below average.

Overnight lows are expected to reach the low 20s under partly cloudy skies and then things become more seasonable Friday. Southwesterly winds will help push temperatures into the low 40s Friday afternoon.

A cold front approaching the region brings the chance for cold rain Friday evening with the potential of snow mixing in overnight and into Saturday morning as chillier air returns to the region.
