Lobster Roll

Ingredients:
4 New England style hot dog buns
1/4 cup garlic infused Butter
1/4 cup tarragon infused mayo
celery salt
1 lb claw and knuckle lobster meat

Directions:
With a pastry brush put 2 strokes of garlic butter on each side of the bun. Place bun on a griddle and let each side toast for about 30 seconds. Once bun is toasted put a strip of Tarragon Mayo at the bottom of the inside of the bun. Fill the bun with claw and knuckle lobster meat. Pour warmed garlic butter on top of the lobster meat. Put a dash of celery salt on top

Once bun is toasted put a strip of Tarragon Mayo at the bottom of the inside of the bun

Fill the bun with claw and knuckle lobster meat

Pour warmed Garlic Butter on top of the lobster meat

Put a dash of Celery Salt on top
