Blackhawks top Bruins 3-2 in shootout

The Chicago Blackhawks and Boston Bruins got an early wakeup call for their showdown Sunday at the United Center.

The unique 11:30 a.m. start meant the disruption of game-day routines, but the teams didn’t play like it as they traded hits, scoring chances and big saves during an entertaining game–the first matchup between the Original Six teams since the 2013 Stanley Cup Final.
