Warmer temps move into Chicagoland; rain likely: Forecast

Warmer air moving into the region could cause some issues on the roadways with fog spreading across the region.

A Freezing Fog Advisory is in effect today until 12 p.m.

With temperatures at or below freezing roads may become slick.

We’ll remain cloudy and foggy this afternoon and as the day moves on we can expect our chance for rain to increase.

Highs are forecast to reach the upper 30s today as we break the freezing mark for the first time this year.

Rain remains likely this evening and into the early overnight hours.

As temperatures dip close to the freezing mark tonight we could see some snow mix in with the rain once again.

A little rain or snow is possible Saturday, with mostly skies and highs in the mid-30s.

Sunday will be warmer and breezy with partly sunny skies and highs near 40.
