Chicago readies for dangerous deep freeze
Chicagos latest winter punch is not letting up. First snow and now plunging temperatures follow.
The message from Chicago’s Office of Emergency Management is to not go out unless you have to. They brought out some of the city’s leading agencies as they prepare for several days of brutal conditions.
