An unlikely weapon was used in a fight over a failed “beer run” in Charleston, South Carolina.
Helen Williams, 44, asked her boyfriend to go get some beer, but it was early Christmas morning, and the store was closed. So he came back empty-handed.
Police say Williams flipped out and grabbed the closest weapon that she could find, which turned out to be a ceramic squirrel.
Police say Williams hit and stabbed the man, who then ran to the neighbors for help.
Police say she said the victim fell, but the blood on her hands said otherwise.
The Charleston Post and Courier reports that Williams was subsequently arrested and charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.
