With the opening of Bow and Stern in the 1300 block of W Chicago Ave, West Town is no longer a seafood desert.
Bow and Stern opened just before Christmas with a nautical niche, centered on a raw bar and year round oysters.
There are nine different oysters on the menu. They are served plain, with lemon, or special sauces.
If raw isn’t your thing, the menu, created by executive chef Brian Greene, has a host of different dishes from fishing and farm-to-table.
They’re located at 1371 W. Chicago Ave.
