The man accused of a carjacking and crash that killed an 11-year-old boy here in Chicago, is finally under arrest.
U.S. Marshalls in Milwaukee arrested Rockie Douglas while he waited for food at a McDonalds drive-thru.
He was still in the last car he’s accused of stealing, a Honda Accord.
Investigators tracked him down through credit card records.
On Saturday, Chicago police say Douglas stole a car at gun point and then sped into a car carrying 11-year-old Donovan Turnage, killing the boy.
Douglas is being held at the Milwaukee County jail pending extradition back to Chicago.
