Chicago attorney, nephew charged in sexual assault

A South Side real estate attorney and his nephew  are charged with sexually assaulting an 18-year old man at the attorney’s home last week.

It happened in the 3300 block of South Calumet where 50-year-old Stanley Stallworth lives. The victim told police he met Stallworth’s nephew, 22-year-old Therrie Miller, there. He says he blacked out after having a drink, and when he woke up, Miller and Stallworth were performing a sex act on him.

Stallworth has been a partner at Sidley Austin for more than 20 years.
