Swap an antipasto tray (50 calories) for a cheeses, sausage and cracker tray (300 calories)
Swap a mediterranean plate (100 calories) for a bread bowl spinach dip (300 calories)

Swap green beans with caramelized challots (50 calories) for classic green bean casserole (150 calories)

Skip the dinner roll and butter (150 calories)

Swap a slice of pumpkin pie (300 calries) for a slice of pecan pie (500 calories)
