Tallest building competition leads to Jon Stewart rant on Chicago-style pizza

The competition over whether New York or Chicago has the tallest building in America got a lot of attention earlier this week.

And that competition led Jon Stewart to attack the Willis Tower, Chicago-style pizza and even our hot dogs on “The Daily Show.”

“Deep dish pizza is not only not better than New York pizza, it’s not pizza,” he said.

Being from the South, I can't stand either Chicago or New York. But Jon Stewart's rant was a beautiful thing to behold. It almost (almost) made me want to go order a pizza (and not some deep dish crap).

Oh say it isn't so, Jon you went too far. Chicago pizza is food of Gods! New York is jealous!

Soo ridiculous. New Yorkers always think everything they have is better. It's not all deep dish! Chicago has a reputation to keep when it comes to our za's. I worked at many mah and pah pizza shops that moved here just because of the reputation. Soo much diversity when it comes to pizza out here. All New Yorks pizza is like.. no sauce, thin dough, and big slices. That's why you always see them folding it.. It's because all their pizza out there is made cheap.
