Utah doctor found guilty of drowning his wife
Jurors have reached a verdict in the case of the Utah doctor accused of drowning his wife in the bathtub six years ago.
His family screamed after the verdict was read.
Martin Macneill was accused of drugging his wife after cosmetic surgery, then holding her underwater.
Prosecutors said that he did it all so he could take up a new life with his mistress.
Macneill could face the death penalty. No date has been set for sentencing.
