October 15 – December 7

Tips for Comparing Medicare Advantage Plans

Consider the total cost of the plan (annual out-of-pocket maximum, deductible, co-payments, coinsurance), not just the monthly premium

If the plan has a network, make sure you’re comfortable with the doctors, hospitals and pharmacies that are included

Review any additional benefits (i.e., gym memberships, vision, hearing and/or dental coverage, etc.)

If prescription drug coverage is included, make sure your medications are covered
