Daylight Saving Time ends tomorrow morning

Don’t forget!  Daylight saving time ends at two o’clock tomorrow morning.

Most people in the U.S. will get an extra hour of sleep due to the time change.

We are “falling back” to standard time.

The practice was first started to save energy, but experts say it doesn’t really do that at all.

In fact, studies show that energy saved by daylights savings time is canceled out by our increased use of heating and air conditioning.
