Bulls Game Notes For Saturday at Philadelphia

stats_logo_400x225* Chicago has won the last five games in this series after Philadelphia had taken the previous three. Neither team has broken the 100-point barrier in any of the last seven meetings.

* The Bulls moved to 1-1 on the season with an 82-81 win over the New York Knicks on Thursday. The victory snapped Chicago’s 17-game losing streak when scoring 82 points or less.

* Derrick Rose struggled with his shot for most of Thursday’s game against the Knicks, making just 7 of his 23 field-goal attempts. But his final field goal of the contest, with less than :06 remaining in regulation, was the game winner; it was the fourth time in his career Rose has hit a game-winning shot with :10 or less remaining in the fourth quarter or overtime in his career.

* Joakim Noah has had double-digit rebounds in both of Chicago’s games this season. Since the start of the 2012-13 season, Noah has 44 games with 10 or more boards, while teammate Carlos Boozer has 45 such games; Entering this weekend, Noah ranked 10th and Boozer tied for 8th in the NBA
