A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Red Bull.
The suit claims a man in Brooklyn suffered a fatal heart attack as a result of consuming the energy drink.
His family says he was a regular drinker of Red Bull, and that he died shortly after having one in 2011.
The attorney who filed the $85 million lawsuit says Red Bull contains stimulants that are more dangerous than the company lets on.
Red Bull would not comment on the lawsuit, but said the drink is safe.

And he could have had a heart attack after having a soft drink….if he was a regular drinker of Red Bull, as the story says, why didn't it kill him before…sounds like a frivolous law suit to me.

Just another example of our law-suit, free-money society! That family needs to be sued for stupidity!

Because that’s how much he would’ve made had he lived… how long does the family think he would’ve lived? They are so lucky chances are the company will settle but the autopsy should be enough to dismiss this case.
